No! Our trips are designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to all out fanatic. The workouts are tailored to each individual and can be modified on the spot due to our small group size and one-on-one approach.

Our goal is to give you mix of local cuisine and fan favorites while focusing on fresh food and minimally processed ingredients. Most of our trips provide two meals per day and are prepared by a private chef. We can accommodate for any dietary restrictions or preferences based on the availability of local resources. All the way from jerk to chicken to a fresh salad, if you’re craving something, we’ll try to make it happen…we aim to please!

Of course! We work out hard and we play hard! Sometimes there’s nothing like a cocktail by the pool or a cold beer overlooking the ocean. Life is all about balance after all.

We truly believe that if you’re a solo traveler, THIS is how you should do it! In fact, about half of our guests come alone. We find that our solo guests are the ones who let loose the most!

You need to be 18 to attend one of our retreats.

Our guests attend from places all over the world, so flights are arranged separately by each attendee.

Absolutely! We provide an itinerary with activities that you won’t want to miss, but we also include down time each day so that you can go to a local restaurant or shop, explore a nearby beach or just lay by the pool with a book. Even our planned workouts and activities are optional. (But highly encouraged!)

Most of our guests range from 30-50 years old, but every age is welcome. We have guests in their 60s who have a great time.

Most of our guests arrive at a different times so you’ll need to arrange it unless otherwise noted on your trip itinerary.
