
“I was lucky enough to be able to join the Barbados Pilates Retreat which I now call the Pilates retreat with a twist as each day was spent doing a lot more than Pilates! Each morning was spent doing a variety of exercise including Pilates, mobility, strength and cardio which was followed by an amazing breakfast made by our personal chef. The rest of the day was spent touring Barbados doing fun activities interspersed with pool and beach swims and lunches at various restaurants. Each evening was spent eating delicious food and chatting with other retreaters. Oh yes, and each day our laundry was done for us!! I had been a little nervous as a solo traveler but was lucky enough to land up with an amazing group of women. I think our one common denominator was April - so maybe not a surprise! She hosted the retreat with her equally lovely sister, Lindsay. Everything was super well organized and we all left feeling on top of the world. I highly recommend ParadiseFit Retreats.
